Lloyd’s Representative Office
Lloyd’s recently established a representative office in Colombia. Lloyd’s Colombia is currently relocating and will shortly be based in the modern Tierra Firme building in Bogotá.
Lloyd’s umbrella authorisation for the representative office enables managing agents to appoint individuals as their delegates locally in Colombia who will be required to co-locate within Lloyd’s Colombia.
Prior to their appointment, managing agents’ local delegates must be approved by Lloyd’s Delegated Authorities department, in consultation with the Lloyd’s General Representative.
