What a great event we’ve had! The 360 left us with deep reflections on where our industry is headed. After the warm and memorable welcome cocktail, Day 1 set our minds racing. The Risk Managers gave it their all in their panels, warning about the strategic integration of captives, the need to design business continuity as a more or less silent—but unbreakable—promise, and air safety as a non-negotiable priority, among other topics discussed. If anything was clear, it’s that RMs would be willing to transfer much more risk if insurance alternatives existed. If Day 1 was about strategy, Day 2 went further. Markets and providers laid out an “architecture of solutions,” focusing on resources already at Risk Managers’ disposal to improve claims adjusting, manage international programs, and transfer environmental or technological risks, among other areas. Following feedback received from Risk Managers of the previous edition, the 360 will now be carried out over two days, the Monday and Tuesday of Miami Reinsurance Week, 9 and 10 February 2026.

Day 1 will continue to be a “panels day” for Risk Managers and Markets, with sponsoring MGAs, brokers, and other service providers. As requested by RMs, the last slot of the day will be reserved for their own “behind closed doors” informal discussion.
Day 2 will focus on “unplugged” smaller meetings for Risk Managers only. 360 sponsors will, in succession, each “own the room” for a more intimate conversation with RMs on a topic of their expertise.

Likewise, Risk & Insurance Managers get to meet markets, underwriting agencies, and brokers from Miami and other regions that they can draw on to complete placements and explore coverage solutions.
ii. Second, attending the 360 positions Risk & Insurance Managers to receive invites from markets and brokers hosting subsequent exclusive events during the Week. Additionally, Risk & Insurance Managers are able to schedule “one-on-one” meetings later in the Week with brokers and markets attending.

The 2026 edition begins in the early morning of Monday, February 9, 2026 at the Accor Novotel Brickell, the hub of the (re)insurance market in Miami, kicking off Miami Reinsurance Week. When should I arrive? ¿Cuándo debería llegar?
We encourage our guests to arrive in Miami the days prior to the 360, to arrive at the 360 punctually in the morning, and to lodge in Brickell or nearby. We recommend this to our guests so they may enjoy the full event, the rest of the Week, and avoid Miami’s notorious traffic as most of the events are held in the Brickell area.
