The “Millennial” or “Y” generation has come to stay… and rule. We can no longer say that they are people with no preparation or values, as it was maliciously said years ago. Far from that, they bring to the table a great deal of things and are already teaching us, however the fact is that the directive patterns of the past are not capable of getting the most out of them. We will discuss new directive techniques and motivational elements that will help us achieve the maximum mutual benefit. This is particularly important for the Insurance Industry which is not attracting the number of Millennials who could really help with the industry, particularly with their new awareness of technology etc, and where NPR recently identified from an Industry survey last year that only 4 % of Millennials interviewed were interested in Insurance as a career.
Raúl Castro, from his experience working with companies in which 70% of its employees are already Millennials, will share his vision of what is already happening on the American continent where he works and lives.
