Mr. Falcon is a senior Reinsurance Professional with more than 30 years of experience in the reinsurance field. Has acted as Chief Underwriting Officer for Odyssey America Reinsurance Co and Endurance Reinsurance. Mr. Falcon also occupied senior reinsurance positions in TIG Re and American Re, now Munich Re. Joins Barents Re to focus on the development and market strategy of the specialist reinsurer in the Latin America and  Caribbean regions. Mr. Falcon is based in Miami and is responsible for the overall underwriting of the Latam market.
